Paintball in Hawaii

Aloha!!!

Well I am on this island in the middle of the Pacific and the weather can't be better. Elizabeth and I have been enjoying our honeymoon on the island of Kauai. Well near one of the local shopping centers, there was a banner for a Paintball field. I come to find out it's fairly new. So today I convinced Elizabeth to let me play for at least half the day.

Alright the field is Aloha Paintball based out of Lihue. It is on church property. The field manager, Tim was an awesome guy. He hooked me up with some top notch gear in the Hawaiian spirit. Ken, Shane, and Big Mike loaned me some gear to play a few games with them. Ken captain's the local team.

However and to make this quick, I finally played paintball in Paradise. I played in true MCB fashion with the Hawaiian shirt. The field was small but fun. Thanks to the folks at Ahola PB. I hope they can help better the community.

Aloha,
Alan

PS yes that is a DM4. Check out the my MCB Gallery for bigger picture.

Outstanding, what better way to commemorate your honeymoon???
Good thing you had to BORROW gear though.....your lovely new bride might have been a bit less understanding if you "just happened" to have some gear with you!

My wife has been pretty cool about letting me sneak in a game or two when we happen to stumble across a random field on vacation......I think I would have been pushing my luck to try on our honeymoon though......you've got a keeper!

Aloha,

Shane that is a good shot of me in the staging.

Elizabeth plays but just as much anymore. She understood plus she has been dragging me around the island all week. Plus she traded in the car we had for the Mustang, and then when shopping at Hilo Hatties. So she let me have my fun.

She did ask me once if we could have a paintball free Vacation. It would have been if the banner was not there Personally, I think PB free is when the gear is not shipped or brought on vacation and it becomes spur of the moment.

BTW, do I see official CC status for this one?

Later,
Alan

Shag, Go to Bubba's Burgers. There is one pretty close to the airport. You won't be dissapointed(Unless your a health food nut.. then well I'm sorry). I know there are others but I can't remember where they were.

I had a great time in Kauai on my honeymoon. Enjoy the most beautiful place you'll ever find in our Fine Country.

Are you saying that it was a GOOD thing that he wasn't prepared?

You obviously weren't a boy scout.

I think you might be right, he's got a keeper.
