reballs at indoor fields

i asked in another forum, and got bupkis. thought i'd try you guys. not having an indoor field close by that uses reballs, i am curious as to how these fields operate with reballs instead of paint. with paint sales, the customer buys, then uses or not, who cares. the owner has made the sale. using reballs however, since they are more costly than paintballs, how does the field owner ensure that the reballs don't leave the field.? what are the rates for using reballs at these fields? how do they prevent a player from walking off with 500 reballs every play day?

A guy was saying at the field today they pay $35 and just shoot however much they want for that day.

At the local reball field near me (which has since closed down due to an electrical fire or something) it was $35 for all day play (all the reballs you could shoot) and air. They had a person stationed at the field entrance with a big box and whenever you came out you had to open all your pods and hopper into the box. The way it was set up was such that there would be no way for you to get to your gear bag or lockers without passing that checkpoint. Worked pretty well as far as I know.

Local place near me opened up, no clue how they are doing now since I no longer hear from them, but they charge $45 to get in, and that's all day, in door, reball.

I'll never go, as I just don't like re ball and $45 is pretty high price to just walk in the door.

There was a place near me in NJ, but it closed. From what I heard, it was like Shiba said, none of your own pods, $45 to play and get all the reballs you want and you are given 5 pods. They would then check your bag and stuff or sometimes have like 5 refs at the staging area.

Also, they didn't go out of business due to sales, just rent problems from what I heard.
