worst weekend ever (g3 question)

I've been having the worst weekend since my 19th bday and paintball today didn't help too much. The day started out fine, my g3 was running great until the end of the day i took a hard dive into a bunker, didn't hit my gun too hard but when i went to fire it nothing happened. The noid would make a small chirp much like it sounded when the reg seat went out but i know that's not the problem. I took the tank off and degassed it by taking off the back cap and put the tank back on to test it, wasn't cycling properly but would actually fire a few times in between burps. I just got home and replaced the bolt o ring, lubed it up really good and now the noid is just puffing without any bolt movement. Battery is fresh so that's not the problem but whenever i pull the trigger i can feel air come down through the hole for the trigger. Anyone have suggestions?

i'll call dp tomorrow but i'm hoping someone might know what the problem is. thanks!

Is it actually getting air through the reg? Otherwise it sounds like a pinched wire or a dead noid.

weirdest thing, i took off this o ring and now it works fine... maybe it's the wrong o ring and wasn't pushing the bolt far enough forward? idk

aren't you that mac guy? you don't like tinkering?

then shouldn't you be using an automag?

seriously though, i doubt a dive can make a spool o-ring jump out of place. if it works fine without that o-ring, maybe you should check the exhaust of whichever chamber that o-ring is meant to seal, if it has an exhaust port at all. (i don't know much about g3's)

yes i am the mac guy, i don't mind tinkering with guns, just not computers

anyways, that o ring i took out just seals the back cap, but i think the o ring is too thick so it wasn't allowing the cap to close all the way, doesn't really explain why it worked all day until the dive though... oh well it's shooting ropes once again

are you using some kind of lube that swells o-rings?

it wasn't the bolt didn't move, i'm willing to bet it was just bolt stick due to the bolt being too far back from the start so the noid couldn't put the air where it was suppose to so it was all coming down through the grip frame, idk, i just took this video a couple hours ago, seems to be working fine

YouTube - G3 ripping some off
