While the Vibe, and it's counterpart the SP1 do work on CO2, they can still be a little finicky under high rates of fire, and they are limited to 11 bps without spending $120 on a new board/breech/eyes. I would not call that economical.

I agree on the classic spyders I loved them when they were tanks but somewhere in the last 5 years they went to china I think...

I need a new on the market marker as he is a CW4 and has the money to burn say under $500 for a marker and hopper.

I have to agree with Critical, and I will clarify my proprietary parts comment. My girlfriend uses a Spyder Victor II that I completely overhauled for her. Nothing is stock except for the body and lower tube internals, and it was not a total bank breaker (maybe $80-100 on top of marker cost, which was basically a song?). They are also pretty damn efficient and frankly perform better than a Tippmann in most areas.

EDIT: I love Mags, but depending on your location they are not an "all weather" marker on CO2. No matter what steps you take to stop liquid, if the temperature gets low enough to drop your tank pressure below operable levels, you are toast.

Tippmann A-5. Electronic grip or with an R/T.

I would recommend a Palmer's Blazer w/ Stabilizer (used if worried about $$$).

This was right after I hit the sweet spot on the RT, pinning down 5 guys, and tagging 2 of them in a matter of about 30 seconds.

Have a good one!

Finally got to use it in a real game a couple days ago with new paint and it was awesome. Fired about 500+ balls through, no chops, no blends. Good stuff
