Anyone Order from AKA?

Just an edit: got my parts in perfect order. A simple feedneck was stuck in customs for 3 weeks Geesh

Hey has anyone order parts from AKA Paintball lately?

I ordered a feed neck 2 weeks ago and haven't seen anything. Now I am in Canada so I can understand shipping takes longer but I haven't received anything like a "it's on the way email. In fact I have heard nothing from them with the exception of a PP receipt. I emailed a question before ordering and got no response but ordered anyways. They are still open right???

I ordered a Sidewinder from them a few months back and had no issues.

One month seems to be par for shipping over the border here, even for something like headbands. I'm pretty used to it at this point.

Well normally i don't worry about things like this but the fact my first email prior to ordering went unanswered and no email regarding shipping has been sent has got me a tad uneasy. I'm hoping they have just sent it out and i'm all good.

They are still open, just give them a call if you can. I don't have their number any more, they just happen to be not very good with answering email.

I bought an SST about 2 weeks ago. I've already got it. (But I am in the states.)

I didn't get any confirmation emails or anything either. Don't worry. I know what it's like to REALLY REALLY REALLY want that part so your project can be done!

That makes me feel better knowing i'm not the only one getting ignore . It's not an impatient project issue it's have been burnt for being too patient in the past. Wait wait and wait for something that never shows up but by than it's past PP's time limit.

I feel that, I've gotten burned over a dozen times by that exact scenario.
I've had several orders from AKA over the past couple years, last one being this summer, and they've always pulled through for me, so no worries.
