Yes that was the year that the Nashville RidgeRunners played the "six" game against Long Range Recon Patrol.Talk about a story that is still being retold 20 years latter.

I made it to the 1987 game also played with Southern Raiders a team made up of TreeDancers Alanta Blue and Nashville
RidgeRunners.

I have to say that I like the concept of subdued letters on a red background.

The green around the letters on the CC patch was my wife's idea.

Cool patch.

I also just gave my Mom about 50 patches and an orange, floor-length trench coat to sew them onto.

I will post pics when I get that back.

Never figured you for a trench coat kinda guy but post pictures any way.

It's actually a Consolidated Edison work coat that was supposedly designed to help deflect the effects of an electrocution.

It has a hood and is made of a surprisingly thin light denim type material. It is supposedly treated with something that encourages an electrical charge to pass around the wearer's body as opposed to through it.

No idea about that, but it does look badass. I got it from Blue at EMR. He used to use them for outfitting staff members who had to traverse a paintball field during a game.
