shoulda cleared my post up, I have a eigenbarrel, but since its utter crap I figured that id just get one of these inserts. PM inbound.

are you still having the issue of these being a pain to use with deadlywind barrels or have you gotten that worked out?

All the DW issues are sorted, as far as I know. Each one is tried in the DW barrel on loan from Critical... Thank you!

I have no problems with either of the 2 inserts I purchased when I use my Deadly Wind barrel.

Yes, as is, Ty's brass inserts fit into DW barrels just fine. SP barrels and DW barrels(thanks for the info Ty!) both use orings to center the insert, even if it's tolerances are off like some of the SP inserts.

If you are using the brass inserts, even the PPS ones, in barrels thaT have been milled for inserts(and don't use orings) it may require a tad bit of sanding. But even sanded to fit these types of barrels, my inserts still fit both my cocker and phantom threaded DW barrels.

I am working somewhere in the neighborhood of 65 hours a week to try an keep my house/shop/etc. Unfortunately this means I am mostly working or sleeping. It leaves very little time for my business, life or GF.

Please bear with me, I am hoping for a job situation change and therefore a reduction in hours
