I haven't followed this thread but i would like to ask 2 questions.

1. Can you do .678 if so i would like one and maybe a .675 although i haven't seen paint that small...yet.
2. Do you perhaps ship to South Africa? If not i may be able to make a plan.

I can do the in between sizes, but I'd really rather not. They require a *LOT* more work to make. Twice the machine operations! And I understand that people will not pay double the price, so they are the same price. It just makes them horribly unprofitable for me.

I would suggest a .680 and .675 are pretty good for most applications. There are quite a number of people that use those two sizes. I usually shoot a .675 or .670. I believe that underboring is the way to go, though I have no serious science to prove it.

As to shipping... So long as I can send it via USPS or your carrier of choice, and you cover the shipping, I will send them to the Moon

the 10th is when the job is supposed to finish... I will be sleeping for a day to try and catch up, and then 1-2 days to clear debris from the shop from flooding and the everything will be back to as close to normal as it gets in my universe.

I normally stock .670, .675, .680 and .685

I am not capable of telling what the current stock is, as I have not done an inventory in over a month.

If the size you wish is not currently in stock, I will be working in the shop after Oct 10-12
