The one that makes you happy, appearance wise. As the insert is doing the "work" and the barrel is just a carrier and adds length and porting, I would suggest any barrel that is capable of fitting a Freak is a good barrel. Heck, you can even make "sleeper" barrels, by having Super Staunchy bore them to use freaks.

BTW, Super Staunchy, I now know why you have a no stainless Freak boring policy... Damn that stuff is hard, even on carbide and insert tooling!
