Druid....The plaid would make that really difficult to replicate.
Fair enough...how about this one? Instead of the gray behind the Triquetra, the patch would be all black, the Triquetra in gold and the name druid in matching gold.

The overall size would need to be like 1.5" tall x 3.5" wide. That do-able?

So What would be the cost for a patch with a Raptor silouette on it and "Got Raptor?" underneath? At least 5, maybe more.

Druid- why don't you send him some of the plaid to have him embroider the stuff you want on it.

I just want to say that I received a pair of the "Wood is Good" patches and, not only are they surprisingly high quality for "homemade" but prien007 is a speedy and responsible shipper, unlike me.

Cool patches, highly recommended by Drum

I forgot to ask im my pm, what's the average turn around time? I know you're starting out but a rough guess is fine.

Thanks
Tug

Druid.... Could easily do that, will fall at $6.00 for the first 5 then $5.50 there after. You could have a border too if you want, but don't have to.

Melkson....That could be a nice addition to the lineup. You get a good side picture of the Raptor you want and it can happen. Probably $5.50 for the first 5 and then $5.00 there after.

Drum.....Thank you for your kind words. And yes, you are a bad shipper. Just kidding

Velcor....Well he can have his patches whenever he would like to bless me with all that is holy in the eyes of paintball. Or he can pm me.

Tug.....Turnarounds? I expect that I can move 50 patches out and shipped in a week if I had too. Some of the custom quotes however might take couple more days because of colors and so forth that I would have to aquire to fulfill orders. This would also be from the time I actually started working on a particular order. First come first serve you know.....

What kind of backing material do you typically use? Any idea how well they hold up being washed?

The patch gets embroidered with a leave-in stabilizer which is sort of consistent with a fiberous material. The stabilizer has a small amount of adhesive that is iron activated. Since the embroidery deprives areas of the back of the adhesive stabilizer of the possibility of contact with clothing(where you want it to stick), I come back with a heavy duty fusible adhesive that covers all the threads from the embroidery and gives a solid coverage of adhesive for application.

Will these patches NEVER fall off or peel, not likely, but I'm trying to get the maximum amount of hold. I also would recommend a few hand stitches if a permanent solution is required. I have washed these patches and have found them to hold well.

Thanks, Shain

Will the heat of a dryer cause the adhesive to activate?
Because I would probably just stick mine on with a bit of stitching so that it can be removed easily.
