The preorder is officially closed!

Let me start this with... Normally I will not conduct preorders, as they simply have too much danger of things going all sorts of wrong.

Now that I have stated the above...

I have an opportunity to acquire some Sheridan barrel tube that is .678 ID (More boring details below for those that want all the technical specifications) Unfortunately money is somewhat tight and I can not afford to foot the entire bill like I usually do. That brings us to a preorder.

The deal is... I am planning to retail this tube for $40 per foot. (Sorry all, but custom tube is very expensive.) If you preorder, your price is $30 per foot/$2.50 per inch!

Some little details.

1) I need a minimum of 40 feet preordered total.
2) No money changes hands until I have enough people committed to the preorder that I can actually make the order.
3) There is a 35-45 day turn around time for the company to draw the tube.
4) I will hold, or ship your tube at your request. (I will hold it for future projects you might want me to make for you.)
5) I ship a maximum of a 6 foot length as one piece, per the USPS rules.
6) Shipping is $7 for pieces under 3 feet. Lengths of more than 3 feet or over 3 pounds, we will have to work something out.
7) I would like to make the order On or before April 8, in order to take delivery around May 8, therefore the preorder is open until April 4 with money due on or before April 8.


Boring details:
Outside diameter = 13/16" (.8125) The same as the original Sheridan barrel tube (Thanks for pointing out that I *meant* barrel, but typed valve, MaD )
Inside diameter = .678
Alloy = C260 Fully hard temper (Maximum .07% lead for those of you that plan to machine it in any way)

I'm thinking of building the mQ2 valves micro Aedes (sort of) <evil grin> The .680 barrel would make it very entertaining to shoot.

I will call it 1.5 feet just for the sake of argument. (I will have more to sell in case you want the barrels to be a little longer.)
