Mine is cursed, so far I've killed 2 boards and now blown out 2 QEV's for totally unknown reasons. I also have the old style back cap that doesnt require cutting but occasionally shoots off the back and hits you in the face. This new cap setup is much better. When I had it working irrc I shot a hopper out of a couple hundred psi from my 70/45, with a slight leak cause I kinked a hose installing it. I like it, shoots good, totally worth the 75 bucks.

Got mine a few days ago... I'm using a lucky can, and a mech setup. I solved the need for a force feed issue by milling the feedneck hole wider. I also keep blowing the doughnut off the can. I've tried more or less everything, but I think I'm gonna have to drill and tap the doughnut for a set screw or two like the old lucky doughnut so it won't keep blowing off. lol. In future models, I suggest doing that stock.

Tyler, are you putting the snap ring into that groove in the donut before sliding it on? That's the reason that there is a cutout in the side of it, so the snap ring can be installed and accessed for removal with snap ring pliers. The older version did use set screws, this should be a much more reliable setup. |

Ok, got a snap ring (had to stretch a 5/8th cause the Lowes by me didn't have 11/16th) fitted on and now she shoots BEAUTIFULLY with no leaks at all. I can't wait to show her off at D-Day! Not really sure, as I don't have a gauge on the stabilizer, but its REALLY low on its range as you can see by the almost totally backed out nut. I should really invest in a LP kit for the stabilizer.
