There shouldn't be. The Parts list on the Gog website for the G-1 has many parts listed with the prefix "ENV" aka eNVy, one of them being the bolt sleeve. The back end should be the same between the eNVy/eNMEy/G-1/G-1M. https://www.gogpaintball.com/docs/parts/g1_parts.pdf

The back end of the G1 is the same, though there will obviously be some mods needed to the body to route the extra air line. Other than the plastic cover over the bolt cap there's no difference between it and an Envy/Vibe

I am interested in one of these for a GOG Enmey.
How hard is it to install?

The ones for the Enmey are not ready yet.

But they are not difficult to install - just requires cutting some plastic from the bottom of the body and in the frame. About 2 minutes with a dremel.

Sooner rather than later, but no specific estimate. I made some design tweaks and need to make a prototype to verify things, then tune up the drawings, get quotes, and have them made.
