Look at the piercing pin/ seal in a micro CA and the 6pak - fixed solid piercing pin and a spring loaded piston that self adjusts the seal to different length 12 grams, no knob on the back needed.
Then a solid lever with a roller like the BT SA-17. Maybe the piercing assy. from a SA-17 would work too. An ASA version would add length to the overall unit on the gun but makes it more versatile.
So how about 2 versions: a valve body version for Phantoms/Nelsons and an ASA model ?
Maybe like the Line SI leverchangers the front end could be swapped from ASA to valve body.
