Site didn't like me the last few days and coukdnt get on/post. Problem was a bad batch of orings go figure. Making some steel thread inserts for the phantom parrs and the 4 way positioning. Once that is done I start duplicating parts.

So I blew my shoulder out at work so doing every thing with one arm, and let me tell you it sucks. Worried about there being enough metal left after using the thread inserts might have to figure something else out, it holds but still worries me. sending some specs out to a buddy of mine that makes pressure regs for medical equipment to see what he thinks, I am probably just being over cautious but I prefer that then wreckless.

ok so I got hurt at work and after an MRI and an MRA they have determined it is a labrum tear and I am going to possibly need surgery to repair it. they asked that I stop working with anything magnetic on my lathe and mill for the MRI and and possibly needing to go in for more I have done what they requested. But with that I have come up with another way around using the steel inserts, I will use helicoils( I can buy them and not have to machine them, so no breaking Dr. orders) on the main body and thread the top of the screw instead of the bottom. The meds and not working and being told not to work with metal had/has me in a funk and I am sorry for this final delay but I think this will turn out for a better design in the long run and make it not only a 4 position but a 360 position adjustment to the lever. so changing out a few parts will get this better then I had planed, going to try to make the new parts to test this weekend.
