I just aquired my old Vents mask yesterday. It's all olive green with bottoms and ear pieces still intact and looking brand new. Now time to see what I can conjur up!

Pics in the first post have gotten corrupted. I'll be fixing them when I have a chance, but pm me in the meantime if you need them.

Have you or anyone gotten to see how these fit the new e-vents?

No. The first person who wants one will get it assembled for them in-house to make sure everything fits perfectly.

Just bought a new set to assemble another one. Green mouth piece and the new JT tan frame.

Yesterday I disassembled the Vents but then when I was going to assemble them to the frames, I remembered how I modified the black frames and how I didn't really like the way I did them because it seems that it stays a little lose that way. Being so, before I do anything to the new frame I got, I'd like to ask you guys if you can shoot up some pics on how did you get your mouth pieces attached to the frames you have.

I'm also thinking about getting a second pair of ears from you, Alpha. Any chance you have them either in green or tan foam now?

Thanks,

Mendel.

I'm using a few zip ties these days, as I cut the holes too big on my JT frames. They have a nice solid hold.

When it comes to installing the mouths on the frames, I've recently been using a pair of very thin needle nose pliers to force the mouthguard tabs through the frame holes without making any cuts. It ends up being much more secure. But disassembly ends up being that much harder. I have 4 masks built this way, and I only kept 1 built with the Russc-style of cutting between two holes.

I might have something new and experimental when it comes to foam color.

Shoot me a PM to remind me, and I'll get on it.
