Well... Here's what you've all been waiting for. ![]() These are the custom reVents masks that I've been developing for quite a while. (Thanks, Russc for the picture!) Components are available piecemeal or I can make a custom mask to your specification (pricing may vary.) Details and pricing are in the following posts. I'm always looking to buy Vents mouth guards and good condition Vents straps... I can give you 35 dollars in trade value for a good, uncracked, mouthpiece and 10 dollars in trade value for a nice strap. (Coolpro masks available shortly.) | Banned | Soft Ears.... These softears take the best features from the vintage Vents mask system and bring it up to modern performance specifications. The size and flexibility of the soft ear reduce your target profile considerably. And the generous venting keeps you calm, cool, and collected under fire. 35/pair. ![]() ![]() Last edited by Harbinger[TG]; 06-24-2012 at 09:40 PM. |

| Banned | Breath Deflector... This component is an exact replica of the early breath deflectors in the original Vents mask. The idea was to catch and channel your hot breath in the mouth guard and out the ports in the side. In dry Colorado weather, it's hard to see a difference, but test results from a ski trip says that it does make a difference... For the guy who needs that extra 10%. 10. | Banned | Custom Masks. ![]() Pricing starts at 50 dollars when the user supplies JT Spectra frames, a lense, a strap, and a Vents mouth guard. For a mask made with used frame components, a new lense, a new strap, pricing will be around 90 dollars. ![]() Pricing escalates based on what components I will need to source to build your mask. Current pricing for new spectra frames are around 40 dollars retail. Lenses alone are 25. Please keep this in mind when I quote your build. Spectra frames with lenses are closing out at 27.00 on ANSgear... I highly recommend that anyone interested in my system snag some new frames at a good price. http://www.ansgear.com/JT_Spectra_Pa...ask_s/1494.htm In fact, I like the purple, aqua, and lime green frames so much, that I'll trade reVent ears for any of them. Special one-off components are also available. Please ask! ![]() Green reVents on left have older JT frames. White reVents have current JT frames. Keep in mind that the overall look of the mask changes a lot depending on components used! (I4's with headarmor. For size reference...But is also a great example of what else we can do!) CUSTOM MASKS ARE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE; mouthguards in stock. Last edited by alpha434; 08-25-2012 at 04:21 AM. |

tried one of these on at alpha's house the other day and they are awesome, real close fitting and I personally would totally prefer them to a flex.

I've got one of these and they are a fantastic product, made with care and quality. You can see my review here: Alpha434's redesigned Vents Armor for JT Modding They are about the same weight as proflexes - very, very light. They have a ton of soft protection around the sides for deflections, but don't have the slapback or face-spray problems that I've had with every other mask when you get a grill shot. The vents go sideways, so you can't really get paint in your mouth on a direct shot. Can't really recommend them enough. |

Can you show a pic on how you attach the frame to the bottoms? And are there any color options as well? I was thinking about a set of multicam side pieces just like the soft top you made for your i4. Thanks!
