RVA Service for BB ASA'S

I have made a bunch of rear velocity adjusters on
BB ASA's for my friends and for some members here
on MBC.
While not being a difficult modification, I know that
some (my friends among them) eighter do not have
the tools required, the time or just do not feel up to it.

I am offering to provide this service to those who would
like the convenience of having a external velocity adjustment
the easy way.

For $10 dollars plus actual shipping cost you get your bb
asa drilled and tapped (10-32) between 9-10 o'clock, an
adjusting screw and a ball bearing (all you need).
Picture of RVA on my marker below:

Thanks and LMK if you want one (or more).
BTW: The member that suggested I provide this
service will be receiving 10% of all RVA work I do.
He does not know this though.

Is this for sheridans only, or can you do it with nelson markers as well?

This RVA modification is only for SHERIDAN type bb asa's. It affects the main spring pressure only. I have not figured out how to do it for nelson based bb asa's as it is a whole different setup.

It's about time you started providing this service! Very cool. I don't have anything for you at the moment....but I will.

Just want add that I provide a one day service on these. I ship back same day I receive or next day. Also I am wondering if any of you would like valve service also.
(Useing your valve) What I will do is tap three holes and insert 3 set screws, fill outer area flush with liquid steel. I then open up fourth hole about twice its size. See Pic. below. It does make your marker more efficient. LMK if any are interested. Price will be a straight 10 dollars shipped to you.

This is for non-cart valves I assume? what kind of efficiency gain can one expect with modding the valve like this but not enlarging the transfer hole between the top and lower tubes? could I just send you my valve or would you want the whole marker?

Yes, this valve mod is for non-cartridge valves. With just this modification you will increase your shot count by 3-7 (average) balls. My pgp shot about 22 good shots (270-280) without mod and 25-30 with mod. My pmi increased shot count by about 5, from 24 or so to 28-32. I tested useing leland 12 grm'ers.

You only need to send valve (keeping cost down).

Cool, I am down with this. One more question though, is there a particular way to put the nodded valve back in to ensure that the single port lines up with the transfer hole?
