Tyler has had my marker since February 16th.

Numerous promised completion dates have passed.

Guess I'll just have to take the 2 hour ride up for a visit.

I don't see how a business can be expected to survive with customer service like this.

He has had two of mine since September 2011. However, he has been in regular contact with me and it does take him a little while to respond sometimes. He was closing up the shop for the next couple of weeks to redo it. He posted that he would be finishing up projects last week and sending them out.

I am also among some people here on MCB that are hoping the work that was paid for in advance will be fulfilled.

I've heard this already.. was promised delivery of my markers most recently Thurs/Fri of last week.

Even with proper communication (which is NOT the case here), you are cool with your markers being gone for 7 months? You are out of your mind.

There are plenty of companies out there that will do the work AND deliver on time.

Tyler's communication started great, back in late January when we started talking about my work to be done... once the parts were in hand... he became a ghost.

Either complete the work or send the parts back if you cannot... simple as that.

I flew 90,000+ miles last year for my day job... ask ANYONE that I've bought/sold/traded on MCB/PBN/IOG how long it takes me to reply to a simple email or PM... minutes... hours at the most... because I treat people as I expect to be treated. I respect their time.

This is what this guy does for a living and he cannot communicate in a reasonable fashion. Either hire some help... stop taking work... or close it down if you can't run the thing correctly...
