Got all the information and setup for the new account site. Still no word on actually getting my items, but it's a step in the right direction.

I will be contacting everyone tomorrow to let them know where they stand and answer any questions or concerns. Also, the new phone system will be able to forward calls to my cell phone as well and I will post my personal extension on here once it is setup. I am also going to start sending out order status updates once per week to help keep everyone in the loop.

Also Mr. Koselka your saga is coming to an end. I have finished up your entire order except for the stainless steel parts and I will have it reassembled and in the mail to you by Saturday! I know you will be very happy to be reunited with your markers.

As for the give away Phantom I will put it together AFTER all orders have been completed. I am sure you guys would prefer it that way so I can spend my time on your orders.

If anyone has any questions just let me know.

Still in the process of contacting everyone with order updates, I will be sending out emails late into the night. I am also trying to finish up the new phone system setup this evening as well. Lots going on today I will keep you guys posted.

Ok, I have sent emails to everyone with a estimated completion date on your order. This is the first of the weekly updates. From now on they will go out on the first of every week. If you did not receive one that is a problem and please contact me. Also, I have not got the phone system setup yet so we are still on the old system for now. I will post on here when I have the new phone system online and give everyone my cell phone extension so I can be reached when out of the shop. I will get on that tomorrow but until then if you need me please send a email or contact me through your customer accounts ticket system. I am going to call it a night and head to the house.

Still haven't gotten a call. I did get the emails. Is there any chance that I can get my marker back by Oct 20 (I thought I saw somewhere where it would have been done by the 14)? So that I can salvage some part of my season with using this marker?

My new invoice says that mine will be done on the 8th. We should be getting updates on Tues, since the business in closed on Mon.
