Do we send you the marker complete and intact, or do we need to disassemble it and send only the parts to be coated?

Thanks

Yes we can do any shade of tan you want. We blend our own colors. PM sent with a estimate.

It is up to you, we can disassemble and reassemble the marker for a fee or you can do it yourself and just send in the parts to be coated.

Is this cerakote?

Previous owner said it may be a liquid polymer commonly used on firearms.

No problem! Depending on the cash situation this spring, you might hear from me about getting some work done too.

Hard to tell just based on the pictures. Was it applied to the barrel threads?

One way to tell is to spray aircraft stripper on it. If it comes off it was not Cerakote if it does not touch the finish it is most likely Cerakote.

Just in case you could not tell I was kidding, please do not do this.

Heh, thanks for the heads up as I took you literally! Marker is arriving today, so I'll check threading and get back to you. What does application to threads, or lack thereof indicate?
