Been to milsim and claim shell town, had my fun there and then left. Had some sic looking a-5's that weighed in at 5-6-7 pounds, ran a double trouble with 2 88/4500s tanks and 15-20 pods on my vest. Spent $100's trying to make that A-5 act like an electo. Then one day after tying Palmers, ADG, WPG cockers, the fog cleared and I bought an etek and I realized that a 2 pounds marker,5 pods and a 68/4500 were a lot lighter, easier and just as much fun as 50 pounds of milsim gear.
Plus all those rails are a pain in the butt to clean.

Hey if that's your thing go for it.
Just got an Etha, looking forward to leaving it just the way it is.

It looks like it would be hard to use the red dot with the stock. Having the stock place the marker a couple inches down, as well as one's mask getting in the way, doesn't make the red dot practical unless you had a riser.
