As part of my full time business I do powder coating. Normally we do dirtbike/motorcycle parts, but my brother had me do a 98 the other day. So figured I would offer my services here. My oven is 5'x2'x2', can coat anything metal within those size restrictions.
Some examples of the work we do:
This is exterior paint only, will not effect the internal dimensions of the marker. All thread holes are plugged prior to coating. Marker must be disassembled and cleaned prior to being coated.
Feel free to post any general questions, and PM me for actual quote on something specific.
Pics of the 98? Thanks.
Good luck.. I did it for a year, got a huge back log, never made any money, got sick of it and stopped. Paintball guns that are left raw on the inside are going to wear faster as well.
Dark, I've been doing it for a couple years for bikes. I've declined work a couple times just to ensure I don't get backed up. A couple friends in the area also do it so we all toss work different directions to get people taken care of the best way.
Very nice. Thanks for the pic.
I did car parts for years before doing paintball guns. I still do car parts, just not paintball guns. One of my favorite pieces: http://i384.photobucket.com/albums/o...g/DSCF4310.jpg
