Here's me wearing this beauty at today's Tippmann Vs World Challenge game at Hell Survivors in MI. I'm even more impressed after a wet day with some rain, this holster is VERY well made, awesome, tight and light. The thumbreak strap covers up the velocity adjuster and relief holes and keeps water out. The holster is stiff enough to snap the gun into and reach under the grip to the eject button, ejecting the magazine and loading a new one is easy with the gun in the holster safe and my zeus out in my left hand.

VERY nice work, WindWalker!!!

It rained a bunch of sat am, Butch. Long after that there was still major drippage every time you brushed some brush.
I'm pretty sure I crawled two whole laps around Hell Survivors, business was booming!
I even snaked up on some guys in the meat grinder(a mowed alley with a few spools) right inside the netting. They were so used to players running at them shooting 20bps to get cover in the spools that I was able to crawl up to the next spool from a bunch and as they shot towards the castle pop out and smoke five or six of them. I got one more with my TAG of the three who came to bunker me but miraculously the two followers saw I was hit and didn't open up on me(my hats off to the tippmann team). That would have hurt.
This design really draws well when crouching or kneeling, but I want to try a crossdraw too.

I shot almost three bags of paint, mostly through my zeus but I used the tag8 more than I have in the past, over 60 co2 changes total! I'm getting carpal tunnel from piercing 12gs

Hey Rob! Glad everything was to specs for you. If you ever need a touch up on the dye or anything just let me know.

Drum is going to have one of my crossdraws at Castle Conquest if you're going to be there, I am sure he wouldn't mind showing it to you.

Drop me a PM on that Zeus.....

Thanks,

Del

PMed you on MILSIMOG, Windwalker.

The zeus was the crossdraw I had in mind, that's the grip, sticking from my other hip, in the picture. The holster I have now has loops on the outside for more ammo, but it tilts on my belt and moves around, I've even lost the gun out of it(granted I got the regular velcro strap).
I'm spoiled now, it was especially noticeable because I was wearing your holster on the right and the nylon tactical on the left. When I drew my tag your holster just seemed to disappear, it's so light. The other one flops around bad especially with tubes ON it and no gun IN it.

One thing I noticed in Canada at that pistol tournament was that unlike pump players who compete against each other and become more homogenized, pistol players have wildly different basic approaches. My 'approach' was to develop my skills and hone my gun until I could put out the volume of paint that I would use with a regular marker anyway(I'm carrying 250 Rounds of paint in that pic). So to me it's crucial that I be able to put my guns away and get them out as fast as possible. I'm happier than a mule eating biscuits!

Quick question.. do all of the holsters have some sort of webbing or leather at the muzzle, like that one service model, or are tehy open.

Just leaves me open to saftey concerns.

I was always told when using pistols at any field that they didnt mind them not having a barrel plug if the bottom would hold a paintball if the gun discharged.

(Left me to using a plug in the AFT when in the staging area, sticking out the bottom of the holster)

Azzy,If requested I put the leather barrel blocker on free of charge to pass safety requirement for field use, but not everyone wants it.

Pepper, on the custom work... short answer is yes, but is really depends on what it is as I stay fairly busy with the standard models. PM me if you have something in mind.
Thanks,
