Friendly bump and a question.

If I have a stainless stained freak insert / part that has been jeweled. I think it only has a clear coat on it.

Is there anyway to get the SS part coated to look black in color (vs clear or silver) and still preserve the jeweling effect?

Unfortunately no, I do not do freak inserts because of the tight tolerances.

Got it.

Just out of curiosity. If it wasnt a freak insert would this be doable?

It would really depend on the piece, and what someone is willing to spend

as usual, the flake is killer. also, that green "foil" looking coating is pretty neat. or is it just very very fine flake? it looks like green-tinted aluminum foil!

It actually is a texture, its hard to explain but its smooth. It does have a tiny amount of very fine green flake but that is not what gives it that look
