What did you use for pushing the balls and cocking knob? Did you use something, or just make your own?

I turned down delrin on a lathe for the follower, beveled it on the front and bored out the rear for the spring. I initially used set screws for the knob, but I think the next batch will have pins press fit into the follower.

That is massively awesome, would it be possible to create an adapter or something which would let me use them horizontally or upside down on my 98c?

Doh! I came up with this idea like 2 years ago trying to make a magazine-type feed for my Sidekick Semi! Sadly, I only got one to work out ok, and the pressure from the spring kept popping the tube out. How do you cut the slots in the tube and keep them clean? I kept cracking my tubes with everything from a Dremel to an Xacto.

*contacts Gardner Bros about retroactive patent advice*

A retro active patent could only be used for a working model I would think. Since I have found a way to cut the tubes w/o them cracking. I can definitely make a mod for a 98c if your interested. PM me. Waiting to hear from you Fog.
