| Yeah, still got a problem with hole location the hole where the sear roller sits (the one that was .03 off) has been fixed. It sort of fires but then is slow on the rebound because the valve arm is not pushing the 4-way in. Also there was some leaking problems but I think the problem with that was the shaft and the cup. The shaft was backing out of the cup causing the hammer to push against it. For some reason the loc-tite never set. So I have reloctited it and will try again. It did make some loud noise though. again with the 4-way I have to determine if the location of the 4-way is off or the pin that the valve arm. I will be in Palm Bay florida this coming up week for my nephews graduation. We are flying out Saturday after I finish grading my class's final project and will be coming back to TN on Thursday

| problem 1-hole where the sear roller sits (the one that was .03 off) has been fixed Problem 2-It sort of fires but then is slow on the rebound because the valve arm is not pushing the 4-way in Solution 2- I had a modified valve arm replaced and works fine. Problem 3- leaking problems but I think the problem with that was the shaft and the cup. Solution 3- It seems that the material grade I had the seals made from is too hard. Normally, when fired the seal will seat because the pressure forces the seat into the seal. No matter how much I fire, the seat will not seal in the cup. Checking the seal afterwards, there was no indention. If anyone has the grade for the poly that is used in cupseals, it would be great if you could pass that on. Remember, I will be in Florida from the 24th to the 29th over in Palm Bay
