Metadyne A5 Shrouds/Handguards

I am posting these up for Metadyne for everyone to purchase without you have to use Ebay. These are all BNIB and will be shipped from Metadyne. A few people saw these at Castle and there are pics of them on my MP5 A5. You can actually fit an Apex tip inside the shroud. Very nice solid aluminum piece annodized dust black. Made for the A5. PM or post.

$40 shipped/each - contact for better pricing if ordering more than 10

Any way to make these fit over a phantom barrel ? It would look sick as hell on my duck slide...

Those things are about 2" in diameter... they are real AR fore ends with a adapter for the A5.... and they probably weigh as much as a duckslide itself.

You would need to pull the A5 adapter as it is internally threaded for an A5 barrel... and then you would need to make a new spool/barrel adapter for the back end. It would work, but it would not be simple as slipping it over a barrel.

Does anyone have pictures handy that they can post for these? I'd like to see what they look like. Or a link?

Noxx55,
How far is the shroud from the marker body?

I use a SpecOps forearm that uses the tombstone side tapped for thru stock air and was wondering if it would work.

The shroud actually attaches where the barrel does

I understand that the adapter is built in with the shroud.

So the shroud fit flush against the marker if I understand you correctly....
