Ya it is fine on bows! I actually worked for Bowtech for 5 years and was a supervisor in their dipping facility prior to starting this company. It is the same process used by almost every bow and firearms manufacture that camo's their equipment!

What about a bowling ball? Do you know if there could be any durability problems with a bowling ball?
When you say the outside, I assume you mean out of the threads and other holes? I plug all the holes, look in the review section on the review of the gun I just finished! It shows the steps I take in plugging and thru the finished product.

As for a Bowling ball, Novel idea, but I don't think it would hold up to being used! The clear they use on bowling balls is a different type of urethane coating....

Mike,
I think what Drachen was asking is keeping the film out of the inside of each half. 98s,A5 and other tippmann guns are two part bodies. Alot of folks do an internal polish on the inside. Here are some example pictures that I took off the A5OG:

A5 body together:

A5 body split open with inside polish:

So basically I think he's asking how will this avoid being touched.

quote time again

k so im getting a marker (sterling to be exact) in a trade and i want it to be dipped. it has one large body (similar to blackrain's gun), a trigger frame, an asa and a barrel (2 piece i think). i would also like my 3.5 oz dipped.

since this is 6 pieces, does that mean its gonna be double what 3 pieces are? so $130?

and what color is the one you posted earlier for splatttt, the one that looks like snake skin.

ill pm you tmrw with my horrible photoshop job.
