FYI, the 3-finger cigar cases fit the inserts PERFECTLY, protecting from crushing while taking up no extra space.

I use a pursuit pod to store my inserts. Can hold up to 14 in stock length. I keep meaning to cut one down to carry just 7.

The top flap of my gear bag has three small plastic compartments. I place them in there.

I have a much bigger box now. It's actually larger than the stock freak case but way stronger and more useful. 2 layers. The bottom holds all my various backs and tips and the top holds a couple more and ~10 inserts. If I remember I'll take a pic when I get home.
Dammit I thought I was the first with this idea

So yeah like a year later I got around to getting one of those cases. Fits 7 inserts quite well. Will try to post a pic but mobile app is acting up
