Classic mag back bottle adapter stuck

Good'ay, I've recently gotten a classic mag which had a bottomline and back bottle ASA. The allen screw heads seem to be mostly stripped and I can't remove the back bottle.

I know about heating and that stripped machine screw removers are avaliable. I don't want to damage the ASA by heating it but it could be loctited?

I was also thinking of dremeling a slot into the screws and attempting to remove them with a slotted screwdriver. Has anyone dealt with stripped allen screws like this before?

I use a drill with a 5/16 drill bit to get those pesky stripped screws unattached.

I'd like to be able to reuse the ASA. I've made an L stock/drop so that the back bottle adapter can be re-used.

I'd be thinking vicegrips or something to get the threaded portion out of the ASA?
