Mom made this for a co worker of mine. Very smart guy,taught us how to stay out of trouble and always follow procedures. He's old Vietnam era Vet. However he likes these type of carry bags for his documents and tools. So with a little 1000D Cordura Tiger Stripe and some 1-3/4 webbing we made him one of these. Our Sister company in Va. issues these. So we made him a personalized clone.
