And how much for the modifications in order to be able to do this? Or would you need to make a specially custom DSG?

Most people don't know that skittish is the proper spelling for "jittery". Don't believe me... Look it up.

And here is the rig I managed to get put together for it.
http://www.paintballcity.org/images/dundadun/legrig.jpg

The saddle ring hangs on a hook that hangs off the belt. And the feed(or the barrel too) can be held in place with a spring steel rifle catch.

So you just hang the gun then pop the feed in the catch. The hook on the belt is attached on top of a swivel, I can easily sit down and the gun follows my leg. If the thigh strap is snug enough you can swing the gun on the hook to unholster it.
There is an extra strap to keep everything in the catch while you move as well. But I wouldn't run without a hand on the back of the gun to keep it on the hook.

Now imagine one day wood on the gun and the rig made of leather
Is that a custom made rig or something adapted to work?

-a hinged belt attachment rigged with a key ring holder rigged to it(dremel, chicago screw, loctite and super glue)
-a rifle catch
-a hodgepodge of velcro, buckles and straps to get the perfect length out of it.

the lever adaptation fits a regular dsg but does require a bunch of new parts:
at the least a lever, new trigger block, special sled
and a bit more wee little bits.

I am still trying to get the exact bolts needed to make it smoother. The ones I picked up are still a tad too long.

But, new question, what is the OD of a typical 10 guage shotty magazine tube? The dsg/dlg is 1".

It can be retrofitted to an existing dsg. You would need to send it in for modification and fitting. Future models will have the extra guide hole in place from the "factory" :-)

I'll tack on the option to the next run if there are a few people interested.

Each body needs the extra guide screw hole to make it work. Currently only yours has it.

I can order the correct screws on my next screw order if you dont find them

And this modification would cost...

I would be able to switch between lever and pump correct?
