So the lever action cocks the 6 round drum, I'm assuming it is spring powered, and then the cocked revolving chamber is semi auto?

That's how it works in the game, but I think a double barrel lever action pirate shotgun would be perfectly acceptable. 10 or 12 rounds, lever action cocks the gun and moves the next two shots into place.

its completely silly and impractical, but doable.
