Suuure. NOW you ask, the night after I ordered a custom barrel from Palmers Pursuit Shop.

It looks like most of the interest is in bull barrels, so just a strait 1" OD if I'm not mistaken. With that being said, differant lengths will be easy as its just a mater of trimming the end shorter. How long do most run on the DSG and what bore? With the interest I've gotten I'm very close to sending my freak back in to get the threads copied and get the first proto done. What bore size do people want?

I make feeds that go with 10" and 14" barrels.

Personally if i were going for one I would look for it to be freak bored from the get go. Saves having i t shipped somewhere else to be done.

I'll look into that, I'm not sure how hard that would be to get done but I don't think it would much more. The question remains, what bore size? if its freak bored, I'm thinking 0.685

Keep it simple. If its freak bored sell it without inserts, don't try to reinvent the wheel by trying to make inserts as well.

If the guy has the capability to make barrels he shouldn't have any problem freak boring them.

I think he means after the freak bored area... I was making the same comment until i erased it..

Yes I was refering to the end of the barrel, my bad. I know a regular freak tip is huge to work with the biggest insert (.693 I think, I haven't mesured but I think the tip is something like .700+) but I was thinking something smaller for more efficiancy as not much paint is any bigger then .685 these days, but it would really depend on what people would buy as the bore can be basically any size and would cost the same. I have no plans on making inserts as Ty already does a great job, no point in my competing with him
