might need a slight adjustment

to the lever plunger..... just a titch. lol this made me laugh today.

thats what happens when you don't adjust your plunger with an empty before trying to load a 12 gram. well maybe if a gorilla were loading it.

I am not trying to pick on the owner, or point anyone out. It just really made me laugh when I noticed the "non-functional" lever was bent into a spiral

Wow what is that lever made of? I'd have thought those levers would be nearly indestructible. You'd think a quality marker like a DSG would have a fairly solid parts. Either it's made of play-doh, or the Hulk is now a member of MCB!

its made of 1045

so it hit yield strength at ~70,000 psi in that section.

Yeah. Sometimes mechanical advantage is NOT your friend

Think about that the next time you decide to use a 1/2" ratchet on a 1/4" bolt.

Cool knowing it's 1045, I never would have guessed it was 1045.

Even with a MA of 10 there would still need to be super human strength to bend something with a yield strength of ~70 000 psi.

Did it come from China?
