I guess the easiest way would be to make a tpx magwell that could bolt up to the DSG so you have the option or not to use it as magfed or as stock.

yea I like how I'm talking about drum mags and then say TPX mags

I should of said FN303 for a drum OR TPX mags just to make a dsg into a magfed gun.

are those available commercially, or only to law enforcement?

bottom feeding them would be a painful change. SIde feeding could be done on the right, but it might not look pretty.
