DSG valve assembly oring keep slipping out

Hi Everyone

The oring on my DSG valve assembly keep slipping out, causing a leak down the barrel. I think I have the correct size oring (which goes on pretty tightly).

Is there any trick to this to stop it from slipping out?

Thanks

Check the valve face to see if its been damaged. That tends to kick out the orings.

This is what the valve face look like:

It only take about 2 shots with air before I blow out the oring.

I see a shiny bit on the inside lip of the valve body. That's probably the culprit.

I don't know anyone that has tried that valve. Its an 11/16" valve so its the correct type. Weather it fits, and lines up properly may be a differnt story.

Update: Replaced the valve with a Palmer valve and the DSG is back in operation.
