DM7 trigger wont fit

Just bought a cp trigger for my DM7, it looks like the pictures but for the life of me i cannot get it to fit, it hits the frame before it activates the microswitch. Any suggestions? are the other dm triggers that radically different?

thats the trigger, already put the gun back together so i dont have pics of that. but basically that section connecting the trigger and the micro switch activator touches the frame along the bottom side of that trigger part. Basically when i put the trigger pin in, its fairly tight and the trigger is locked in place and has no room to swing.

I had a Critical trigger like that. I filed down the front end of it, and elongated the groove for it in the trigger frame. That gave it room to move.

for the cp triggers on the DM7/8, I've had to sand down where it's making contact on the upper part of the trigger, should be right above the bearing where it's making contact. Had the same issue on both my wife's and my own personal markers. First time I ran into the issue was in the DM7... see if you can't find where it's snagging (like I said, it should be right by the bearing) and see if it's feasable for you to sand it down to make it work. I've managed to do so on mine, since the rake trigger from cp is my favorite, and I refuse to go elsewhere. Let me know what you find please, if you can't see the problem there, let me know and I'll take mine apart to verify what I had to do.
