PMR parts

I am looking for some parts for my pmr that will make it more air efficiant but are not too expensive?

The only thing thus far that can make your PMR more efficient is a good paint to barrel match and the tech t bolt assembly

And of the two, I've read several accounts that the Tech-T does little to nothing.

There just isn't much help for it I'm afraid. Sorry.
