Tracer paintball rounds

eBay: 10 Paintball glow in the dark Tracer Adaptor, Warranty (item 330124422037 end time May-31-07 13:30:45 PDT)

Interesting, but not very practical for the cost. I guess if you're paranoid about getting that extra edge at night, and you don't want to spend the money on Night Vision...here you are?

That is the adaptor that charges the glow in the dark paintballs. 10 for that price is not bad, but i will still stick with a combination of my NV scope and my creepy friend with the amazing night vision

$25 each isn't bad I guess if they work like one would think they should.

oh the work well but remember,
tracers work in both directions.
it looks pretty cool though, like a really slow movie ray gun shot.
everyone can see the ball in flight, from muzzle to splat,
makes the guy you hit more visible to NV no matter how well he wipes it off in the dead pool.

with NV you can also see the quick blink of light from the muzzle if you happen to be looking the right way.

I got one of these last year. I loved mine when I played in the woods with some friends. There are good and bad points. It can give your position away, but you have to be looking in the right direction. The cool factor is huge. If you get hit with one, the splat of paint glows and gives a neat affect. It takes 4 double-A's nicley. Doesn't weigh alot and the design is allright ACCEPT for one thing. The clamping system is kind of under-designed. There is no metal on the outside, just plasic. The clamping neck is all plastic and several of the fingers on mine cracked therefore rendering it useless. Too bad...it was a cool toy.

Oh yeah that was the other thing, I've only found them on Ebay. I'm sure you can get them elsewhere but I never looked hard enough to know for sure. As for price, I think the only diffrence was shipping. (price was not bad)

I had one of these for my old AT-85,worked very well and kept up with full auto on it...Problem was the Glow Paint was extremely brittle and liked to break before it was shot.

Draxxus/Diablo used to sell this stuff called Dark Legion that glowed in the dark. My local shop got me a box I think it was $78 with tax (2 years ago) I have one of those flashy things for the end of the my minimag barrel. I would prefer the Apache hopper.

I should also mention I haven't used either since that first time.
