Okay is this even safe for a tank full of Co2 to be mailed? Sort of thought at first it was just a bad description of selling a bulk tank or even just the fill station but no it is selling Co2 fills via eBay... 1 co2 AIR FILL 20oz PAINTBALL

I think its generally safe as long as its not air mail. Their mainly worried about changes in pressure. I wouldn't risk it either way though.

how is it safe for co2 to be shipped in a tank when hpa tanks have to be shipped empty? not to mention the conditions that packages that go through the mail usually arrive in, they are known for handling things improperly. that seems irresponsible, someone could easily get hurt at the PO.

12gram Co2 is shipped all the time ... Nitrous Canisters For Whipped Cream Modules are Sent all the time ... There are plenty of High pressure Containers sent Via Ups, Usps, Fed Ex Extc All the time ... to Sit there and Report Somebody for that is Absurd ...
