That's for an emag. Xmags have more value. Not sure where the market is right now, but I don't think $1000 is unreasonable. Especially with matching parts and a CNC battery pack.

E-Mag:

X-Mag:

Note the differences in appearance and then there is the breach of an X-Mag is interchangeable with CF, RW and LW breaches. Then there is the barrel and detent differences. Essentially same X-valve [Emag valve] and electronics IIRC but everything else is different.

What are those blue book values based on anyway? Value is whatever the market will pay, not what some arbitrary list says. The market changes from year to year, so that list should be amended at least annually.

Sold my X-mag for $950 two years ago. If I sold a year earlier, it would have fetched $1200 easy. They are currently going for between 800-1000 depending on type, color, and how quickly the seller wants to move it.

Yup, I didn't read closely enough and grabbed the wrong price.
The blue book values are based off actual sales, when they are entered. It is an open format version so people can input what their guns have brought. It is hard to stay consistent when thee is a wide variety of options on the guns though.

The Xmag also has ACE, and if I recall correctly an on/off switch instead of the battery cutoff stick.
