I like this part :
"you can throw it in a pool, leave it a week, fish it out, and it'll still shoot perfectly." -seller

Now see when I see "Tommy gun mag" I expect to see a drum fed full auto beast. Lazy half assed customizer. A little wood just wont Do. Someone needs to do a drum feed already...

He should have also used a real Thompson stock. A drumfeed is impractical. They get in the way of holding the horizontal front grip. They also make a huge target, are very expensive if you go with a real one, and too flimsy to withstand a paintball hit if you use a airsoft one.

Here's my cocker using a 1928 Thompson stock and Thompson 30 round stick mag for comparison:

I stand by my desire to see a full functioning high quality drum feed on a mag. Or at least a functional stick magazine.

Would getting something round and flat and hiding a warp feed hose inside it count?

It would work, if you can hide the warp breech too... But a spring fed coil would be more fun I think. Though I like the idea of hiding the warp feed, might be a possible solution there.

The only thing is the hopper would still be sitting off of the drum...
