wow... could somebody explain what all is in the machine... maybe the MCB crew should invest in building/buying one and have cheap grenades? i know i have the free time...

Looks pretty simple to me. They've got a big cylinder there which you'd fill with paint, and the gas from that CO2 tank is fed into it to put it under pressure. Then there's a line coming out the bottom of the paint tank that goes to a small diameter steel pipe with a valve on it. You slip the rubber tubing over the pipe and put the open end in a clamp that holds it shut. Open the valve and fill the tube with paint, close the valve, then put the clamp, cap and pins on the tubing to finish it off.

sure beats the old grenade fill system. a five gallon bucket with a pump. cannot remember who made it though.

I have a grenade pump I built a few years back somewhere in the garage. Bike pump with a 20oz, coke bottle inverted over the air inlet hole. Fill coke bottle and pump away.
