I would like a little advice on this one.

This Canadian is using my custom company logo to peddle his wares!

I wonder if I should email him...any thoughts on this?

I would definitely email eBay, tell them that the seller is using copywritten material in their sale.

Or change the logo to something else.... For their pleasure.

Have the logo say: "Don't buy from me, I steal..." or something like that.

Yes you should. They are using property that is yours. And why let your logo be associated with something you are not a part of?
