By the time the time you fill a 68ci 3k tank in a few hours you will have to throw out the pump as you have just exceeded it's life expectancy.( you may not even ever get to 3k abusing the pump like that) The pump is made to fill air gun reservoirs .68 is a nominal size for them. The pump is not made for that abuse in such a short period.

Pumps to fill tank:
60 x 13 ci = 780 pumps

Shots per tank:
10 x 13 ci = 130 shots

Nice... 780 pumps equals 130 shots. You'll be a strong pumper.

Lewis & Clark era Air rifles were hand pumped from a system that was screwed into a tree and you used you body weight to press the pump into the stroke

there was also an interesting wagon mounted fill station that had a huge wheel that ran a pump

this one is a pretty good modern hand pump:

1-3/8" x 20-3/8" heavy gauge steel cylinder

Or you could just take the pump on the field and pump it 6 times whenever you want to take a shot.
