I'll buy the "supply and demand" reasoning. How many quality mechs are produced every year compared to electro's?

Yeah, I see where the older generation would feel a certain connection to classics. But, there are plenty of old guys w/ multiple high end electro's because they're the ones who can afford them.

On the same note younger people of this generation are using the older relics of yesterday because they are simple, reliable, and still operational to this day. They might be heavy but they are highly affordable. Its nice to be able to get back to the roots and feel with the older markers as opposed to running electros all the time which gets old.
