With several 07 Ego's going for around $300 in excellent condition around here, I can't think of any reason to try the earlier models. The 07 was the first of the 'modern' Ego's and really worth looking at over the other two listed.
I shoot one of the limited edition 08's and prefer the feel over the 10's and 11's I've shot recently.
Do remember--proper fine tuning counts for a lot. Get the LPR set right and make a few little adjustments to the stock settings if you want to get it sweet as honey...
By the way, I just bought an Ego 06 on Ebay for $175 shipped. This may show me to be a hypocrit, or just a long gone deal hound.
