Etek2 Low Velocity

I am having difficulty getting my E2 up to 285 fps in fact it wont go above 265.
I have striped, cleaned and replaced rings in the HPR and LPR, I also replaced the spring in the HPR. The LPR is loaded correctly and flush. I have not adjusted the board from the stock setting i.e. dwell, denounce etc.

I have turned the HPR all the way out and still can't get it up to velocity. Is this problematic? Does the adjustment screw need to turned in be a certain amount to work better?

Suggestions or experience would be helpful?

Thank you

LPR screw needs to be flush with the tip of the LPR.

also check your dwell setting

all adjustments for FPS should be done through your HPR.

on your HPR turn the screw out (counter clockwise) to raise your FPS.

Fixed it!
Completely tore it down to the last screw, then cleaned as per the manual and put new o-rings through out. Air it up fixed a leak or to then it worked.
